Today, Cody and I went uptown for the 2nd annual Ice Fest. We actually went down two times since they were just starting the carvings when we were down there in the morning. Cody's favorite was Thomas the Tank Engine. We got to see Winnie the Pooh, Mickey & Minnie, the State Farm Bear, a Cardinal and the rocking horse was being carved when we left. We are going to drive back through town tomorrow to see the rest of them. There were suppose to be 12-15 different ones done. It was very cold so we walked fast. One of the carvers said if it stays cold the sculptures should last 2-3 weeks!Sunday, January 28, 2007
